High consistency hydrapulper is used in living paper or toilet paper pulping line use waste shavings or ink as raw material. Through dissociating, the hydrapulper can maximum make the paper’s fiber dissociating into fiber bundles or single fibers, while at the time, high consistency hydrapulper can maximize maintain impurity’s shape and strength. 1.Hydrapulper rotor off -center position, so that the raw material could touch the rotor more quick, higher frequency.
2.The body is made by welded steel,outside of mouth is ultra high strength steel,which used to strengthen body, in the bottom of cone have deflector, which can make the paper pulp reflux circulating.
3.Hydrapulper rotor and pulp tray is higher than hydrapulper groove bottom plane, which can reduce the pulper rotor and impurities contact.
