Paper Pulping Machine Fiber Deflaker

Fiber Deflaker is one of the important equipment in the pulping line of the paper mill and it is used to deflake fibers and improve the quality of pulp. This Fiber Deflaker is used to feed pulp with high concentration and process relatively long fibers, and plays the role of grinding and deflaking. Highly efficient, energy-saving, easy to clean, and long service life.

Working Principle of The Fiber Deflaker

1. The raw material (usually cellulose pulp) enters the fiber defibrillator through the feed port. As the rotor rotates, the blades or rods on the rotor interact with the slots or openings in the stator to create strong shear forces that tear the cellulose fibers apart.
2. The friction and impact generated by the rotor blades and the fixed stator break down the larger fiber bundles into smaller individual fibers.
3. The single fibers pass through the refining zone and are continuously refined here when passing through the rotor and stator. After the defibrated fibers pass through the refining zone, they are discharged from the discharge port.
