High consistency hydrapulper system generally including hydrapurger, drum screen and dump pump. High consistency hydrapulper pulping process include feeding, pulping, discharge. The detailed pulping process is as follows.
a: Feeding: add water to the liquid level of about 30~50%, start the pulper main motor, and then add water while adding waste paper raw materials to the appropriate concentration.
b: Pulping: the main motor runs and the pulp is broken down for about 15 to 20 minutes.
c: Discharge: Add water to the hydrapurger, and then start the main motor of the hydrapurger. The pulper discharges the material to the hydrapurger, and the discharge pump is turned on to pump out the accept pulp. The impurities and paper pieces remaining in the hydrapurger are loosened again under the action of the rotor. The discharge pump is turned off, and the light impurities are discharged from the hydrapurger to the drum screen, which recovers the fibers and discharges the light impurities out of the system.
