The advanced Low Density Cleaner is equipped with many valves that can be used to control the flow. The centrifugal force generated by the pulp entering the Low Density Cleaner from the tangential direction separates the heavy impurities in the pulp. The clean pulp is concentrated in the center of the cleaner and moves to the accept pulp outlet at one end of the cleaner.
1. Equipped with ceramic cones, which are wear-resistant and have long service life, and the number of cones can be adjusted.
2. Large slag discharge capacity and high slag removal efficiency.
3. The consistency of the treated pulp is below 1.2%.
