The kraft paper machine is 4300 type multi-wire multi-cylinder paper machine with a production capacity of 278 T/D (according to 300 m/min, 150 g/㎡), double layer layout, left and right hand machine. All rolls of the kraft paper machine are dynamically balanced.
The kraft paper machine adopts air-cushion type headbox, the forming part adopts stacked wire forming, the press part adopts a vacuum suction device, a vacuum press and two large-diameter presses, and hydraulic pressurization system is adopted. The drying part adopts a square box frame with good ventilation performance, and the paper machine adopts semi-open steam hood.
