An Iraqi client set 120t fluting paper making project and ordered complete paper recycling fluting paper making line machine. Main ordered machine included Chain Conveyor, Hydrapulper, Reject Separator, Ragger, Rope Cutter, Pressure Screen, Drum Screen, Hydrapurger, Light Impurity Separator, Cleaner, Agitator, Grapple, Slurry Pump.
Chain Conveyor: conveying waste paper or pulp board to pulper.
Hydrapulper: waste paper and water mixed forming slurry.
Reject Separator: remove light impurities in the tailings.
D Type Continuous Pulping System: remove impurities in the pulp and reduce burden of following equipment.
Light Impurity Separator: dealing with light impurities and tailing in coarse screening section.
Cleaner: remove heavy impurities in the pulp.
