LOCC is one of the most common raw materials used to produce packaging paper. Since there are many impurities in LOCC, in order to ensure the quality of the final paper product, these impurities need to be removed step by step in the pulping line by stock preparation machine. A complete LOCC stock preparation machine include conveying machine, screening machine, cleaning machine and refining machine, etc. According to customer’s requirements about capacity of 225t/24h, the process we ultimately developed is as follows.
