Leizhan 4600/450 Fluting Paper Machine has a basis weight range from 180 g/m2 and the net width of sheet is 4600mm. With a 450 m/min drive speed of sheet, it can produce 332 tons of fluting paper per day.

The compotents of the 4600/450 Fluting Paper Machine

1. Headbox

Leizhan Air-cushion headbox is consisted of distribution system, rectifier device, nozzle device, flow chamber and support, air supply system. The outflow width of headbox is 4950mm.

2. Forming section

The forming section applied to two layers, the top layer and bottom layer wire. Paper width after wire end is 4850mm and the dryness of after wire can up to 20%~22%.

3. Press section

Leizhan hydraulic loading press section is consisted of two jumbo rolls press. The dryness of sheet before press is 20%~22%. After pressing, the dryness of sheet can reach 44~46%.

4. Drying section

Dryer section is consisted of 1 set of lead-in dryer cylinder, 39 sets of dryer cylinder (diameter 1800mm) and 7 sets of UNO roll( diameter 1500mm). The shrinkage of sheet in the dryer section less than or equal to 4%. What’s more, the dryness of sheet reach 92% in this part.

5. Sizing press

By sizing, the tension of the sheet will strenghth and the sheet will be more suitable for printing and writing. The sizing solids content is 8~12% and the sizing weight is 2~6g/m2.

6. Reel section

Pneumatic horizontal type Reel Section is used for reeling sheet to roll type. The paper width on reel is 4660mm pope reel and the dryness of paper on reel can reach to 92%.
