In paper pulping process, there are twisting impurities in the waste paper slurry. Removing those twisting impurities is the function of ragger. Ragger is able to get rid of iron wire, string, cotton yarn and other twsiting impurities effectively.
Ragger is composed with chassis, rotor, reducer, transmission chain, up press roll plus landing gear, reel, change gear, guiding roll,etc. Dynamo drives the reel to slowly turn through transmission chain. The twisting impurities in hydrapulper are continuous pulled out. Operating speed and direction can be adjusted according to requirements.
