The whole 30t/d coated board paper making plant by using waste paper as raw material contains 30t/d waste paper stock preparation line and coated board paper making line.

30t/d waste paper stock preparation line

First of all, Waste newspaper is conveyed into ZDSD23 D type hydrapulper for pulping. After that, the pulp is conveyed into ZSC4 High density cleaner for pulp cleaning.
Then, it will be conveyed into ZNS0.3 coarse screen for pulp screening. Moreover, the pulp will be conveyed into PZ2 Reject separator for tailing processing.
In addition to that, the pulp will be processed by ZSC4 mid density cleaner for further cleaning. After that, ZNS 0.6 outflow pressure screen will be used for fine screening.
After fine screening, the pulp will be conveyed into ZDP450 Double disc refiner for improving the pulp beating degree.
Finally, the pulp will be conveyed into NLS0.6 pressure screen before paper machine for final screening of pulp.
