A few years ago, Egypt paper mill purchased the whole corrugated paper making line machine from us, now, in order to upgrade and improve the whole line paper and pulp making efficiency, they ordered some pulping line machine from us again. Fluting Paper Making Line Pulping Equipment Details

 

Pulp Agitator: Installed in pulp chest, even stir the pulp, maintain the pulp liquid in suspending condition, make sure the pulp components even distribution;
Mid Consistency Pressure Screen: Coarse and fine screening pulp, efficiently separate fine pulp and impurities;
Fiber Separator(Turbo): Secondary breaking and screening waste paper pulp, and separating light and heavy impurities. Can also as pulp tailing dealing equipment;
High Density Cleaner: Used after Hydrapulper, in charge of remove large impurities, improve following machine efficiency;
Vibrating Screen: Pulp tailing machine, separate the fine pulp and light impurities such as plastic, reduce fiber loss;
