A client from Nigeria ordered whole set wrapping paper stock preparation line machine from our company. Unit stock preparation line machine included Chain Conveyor, Drum Pulper, Broken Paper Hydrapulper, Bale Breaker, Double Disc Refiner. These equipment has been installed.
Chain Conveyor: conveying waste paper to Drum Pulper or Bale Breaker.
Drum Pulper: continuous gentle pulping and coarse screening of waste paper under high consistency.
Broken Paper Hydrapulper: deal with the broken paper generated by various paper machine pressing, calendering, reeling and other positions.
Bale Breaker: waste paper breaking and selecting.
Double Disc Refiner: improving the beating degree of paper pulp.
