Paper and pulp equipment supplier Leizhan will deliver high-efficient fluting paper and pulp making machine for Egypt paper mill with the production capacity of 150 tons per day.

On February 5, 2015, Leizhan engineers and sales manager came to Eypt and discussed the paper machine details and signed a contract on supplying the whole fluting paper manufacturing machinery for the customer.

The complete waste paper processing plant contains two parts: paper stock preparation system and paper making machinery system to make corrugated paper.

Stock preparation system

The machines contained in the 150t/d corrugated paper machine as follows: Chain conveyor, D type hydrapulper, Dump pump, High density cleaner, Inclined screen, Pulp chest, 1St stage Mid consistency coarse screen, Fiber separator, Reject separator, Pulp pump, Middle density cleaner, Lip screen, Long fiber fist stage low density cleaner,  Long fiber second stage low density cleaner, Long fiber 3rd stage low density cleaner, 1st stage fine screen, 2nd stage fine screen, Double disc refiner, etc.

Corrugate paper machinery

The corrugated paper machinery Leizhan supplied for paper plant has a per day capacity range of 15-500t, and with the basis width range of 1575-5800mm and basis weight range from 60 to 150g/m², the corrugated paper production machine can produce high-strength corrugated/fluting paper with an operating speed range of 100-800m/min.
